The casings are made of galvanised sheet steel.
Impellers
Up to size 315L, backward curved high-performance impellers made of plastic are used, from size 355, backward curved, high-performance impellers made of aluminium are used. The impellers are mounted directly on the rotors of the external rotor motors and are dynamically balanced on two levels with the rotor according to quality level G2.5 as per DIN ISO 1940.
Electrical connection
The electrical connection is made through a terminal box mounted on the casing with protection class IP54.

Casing
The sizes 100L - 315L have an elegant, high-impact, flame-retardant plastic housing with an integrated terminal box IP44 and guide vanes.
Impellers
The impellers up to size 315 are made of plastic, the size 315L are made of galvanised sheet steel. The impellers are mounted directly on the rotors of the external rotor motors and are dynamically balanced on two levels with the rotor according to quality level G2.5 as per DIN ISO 1940.
Electrical connection
The electrical connection is made through a terminal box mounted on the casing with protection class IP44.

Casing
The casing is made of galvanised sheet steel. The 5 mm thick insulation foam acts as sound insulation. The cover can be simply screwed off making the fan area easily accessible for cleaning and maintenance. The motor can be disassembled with impeller and spiral casing.
Impellers
External rotor motors are used in protection class IP44/54 with humidity protection, ball bearing-mounted and with built-in thermal contacts for motor protection. In the Ultimate version, the impellers are forward curved and have a single-sided inlet. The impellers are mounted directly on the rotors of the external rotor motors and are dynamically balanced on two levels with the rotor according to quality level G2.5 as per DIN ISO 1940.
